and I do mean all of it.
This afternoon I am heading to the coast for a much needed break. Feeling pretty discouraged this week about a number of things…the loss of a dream, pending layoffs & salary reductions at Sunset, relationship junk & post camp blues. When I planned this getaway two months ago I never could have imagined how perfect the timing would be.
Here’s what I am planning on doing;
- Lots of homework…mostly reading.
- Walking on the beach (supposed to be 60 and sunny tomorrow!)
- Doing alot of thinking about my future in ministry
- Talking (arguing) with God about some stuff
- Re-evaluating some of my relationships….
- Eating at Doogers in Seaside
- Hot tubbing under the stars every night
- Sleeping….
- Eating at Pig N Pancake
- Taking some artistic pictures…who knows maybe a new Facebook shot? LOL
- Saying hi to my friend Linda in the Celtic shop in Seaside….
- Finding the surprises Papa has in store for me
So I plan to be back Sunday afternoon…that is unless I decide to run away from it all. Sometimes I wish I could actually be that wild and spontaneous.
